The Role
As a Teacher at CCG, you will:
- Develop, deliver, and continuously improve learning and assessment materials for Year 9/10 and/or VCE VM and VPC programs.
- Develop and maintain Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Student Support Plans.
- Participate in student care and support meetings as required.
- Monitor and report on student progress and achievements.
- Actively contribute to school community life, including camps, excursions, celebrations, and award nights.
- Provide educational and wellbeing support using a trauma-informed approach that promotes safety, positive relationships, engagement, and learning.
- Uphold Child Safe Standards and contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all students.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A relevant teaching qualification.
- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration or Permission to Teach.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary environments.
- A passion for supporting young people and creating inclusive learning experiences.
