At ECG Secondary College, we believe education should be engaging, practical, inclusive and transformational. Our students don’t fit into a one-size-fits-all model, and neither do we.
We’re looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Lead Teacher to drive senior curriculum excellence across our campuses, support our teaching teams, and help create meaningful learning experiences that empower young people to succeed.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator who is ready to influence practice beyond their own classroom while remaining connected to student outcomes and applied learning.
Why Join ECG?
This is your chance to:
- Lead curriculum innovation across multiple campuses
- Support and mentor dedicated teaching teams
- Shape engaging, applied learning programs that make a genuine difference
- Work within an organisation that values inclusion, student voice and educational equity
- Help young people who may have experienced barriers to learning rediscover success and belonging
If you’re passionate about creating opportunities for students who learn differently, we’d love to hear from you.
